  • Delete your account

    We are really sorry to see you go and will always welcome you back.

    You can delete your account by going to the magnifying glass in the navigation bar, click the person icon, click My Account, press edit account, delete account.

  • Restoring your premium subscription

    Every now and then something might happen in the communication between Apple/Google and Pronti and you may notice your subscription benefits aren't showing. Thankfully Apple/Google hold the information and all you have to do is press Restore Purchase on the subscription screen.

  • Cancel your subscription

    You can cancel your subscription at anytime. Pronti does not manage this but it is really easy to do through the Apple App and Google Play Store. Here are the steps to follow:

    1. Go to the App or Play Store and choose your profile icon
    2. Select Purchases and Subscriptions
    3. Tap on the Pronti Outfit Maker App
    4. Tap Cancel Subscription

  • Refunds

    Refunds need to be requested through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The Pronti team can not participate in the appeals process. Here are the steps to follow:

    1. Go to the App or Play Store and choose your profile icon
    2. Select Purchase History
    3. Tap on the Pronti Outfit Maker App
    4. Tap report a problem
