  We are really sorry to see you go and will always welcome you back.

  You can delete your account by going to the magnifying glass in the navigation bar, click the person icon, click My Account, press edit account, delete account.

  

  

Manage Subscription

• Restoring your premium subscription

  Every now and then something might happen in the communication between Apple/Google and Pronti and you may notice your subscription benefits aren't showing. Thankfully Apple/Google hold the information and all you have to do is press Restore Purchase on the subscription screen.

• Cancel your subscription

  You can cancel your subscription at anytime. Pronti does not manage this but it is really easy to do through the Apple App and Google Play Store. Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Go to the App or Play Store and choose your profile icon
  2. Select Purchases and Subscriptions
  3. Tap on the Pronti Outfit Maker App
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription

  We genuinely value feedback and are trying to get better everyday. We would love to hear from you.

• Refunds

  Refunds need to be requested through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The Pronti team can not participate in the appeals process. Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Go to the App or Play Store and choose your profile icon
  2. Select Purchase History
  3. Tap on the Pronti Outfit Maker App
  4. Tap report a problem

My Preferences

• Gender, Country & Age

  Pronti is for everyone, and learns your style.

  

  This slider & country choice primarily drives the recommendations in Explore/Shopping (most retail is stil divided into Men's and Women's) and the sample closet items.

• AI Style Preferences

  This area specifically helps the AI stylist and is a really important way that you will get advice tailored to you.

  
• Notifications

  You can set a reminder to take a selfie, and specify how you would like the Outfit of the Day to be sent.

  
• Color Theme

  Personalize your color or choose the theme that is clearer for people with color blindness.

  
• App Language, Image Loading & Nav bar labels

  App Language

  We've done our best with providing different languages but we know the translation isn't always perfect. If you email us to tell us where it is bad and what it should be we'll change it right away.

  Image Loading & storage

  Everyone has a different amount of phone storage space, and this is where you can decide if you want to save your closet images and use more device storage or save your storage and load your images from bandwidth.

  Your closet size determines how many MB are used.

  Navigation Labels

  Recently we added words to the icons on our Navigation bar to help new users know where to go but for those of you who prefer a clean modern look you can turn that text label off.

  
• Weather in the Find Outfits Header

  We've added the days weather to your header in the Find Outfits. You can turn this off here. Note that this does not turn off the location or weather permissions because that is also used in the Just Mine filter and in PAI. If you want to remove this completely, go to the App Settings on your phone and turn off the Location permissions. We only use your location to give you weather and do not save this otherwise.
