At Pronti AI Inc. (“Pronti,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you use the Pronti website, Pronti mobile applications, including Pronti Outfit Maker and Selfie Outfit Diary / Diary Selfie, PAI AI stylist features, digital closet features, selfie outfit diary features, outfit planning tools, subscription services, credits, shopping or affiliate features, and any related products or services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1. Scope of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information that Pronti collects, uses, or discloses through the Services.

“Personal information” means information about an identifiable individual, or information that may reasonably be linked to an identifiable individual. This may include information such as your name, email address, account information, photos, uploaded closet items, selfies or outfit photos, style preferences, app usage information, device information, purchase information, support communications, and other information described below.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, apps, retailers, payment providers, app stores, AI providers, analytics providers, or other third-party services except where we describe how we share information with them.


2. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect, use, or maintain personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information and close or restrict any account used exclusively by that child, unless retention is required or permitted by law.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Parents or guardians who believe that a child has provided personal information to Pronti may contact us using the details in Section 22.


3. Personal Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect the following categories of personal information.

3.1 Account and Profile Information

We may collect information such as:

  • name;
  • email address;
  • account login information;
  • user ID or account ID;
  • profile information;
  • preferences and settings;
  • support history;
  • consent records.

3.2 Closet, Wardrobe, Outfit, and Diary Information

We may collect information that you upload, create, or provide through the Services, including:

  • clothing photos;
  • closet item images;
  • outfit images;
  • selfies or outfit photos;
  • full-body or partial-body outfit photos;
  • diary entries;
  • date-based outfit records;
  • outfit history;
  • clothing categories;
  • colours, patterns, brands, sizes, seasons, occasions, and temperature preferences;
  • style preferences;
  • notes, tags, ratings, favourites, or feedback;
  • outfit combinations, outfit plans, and outfit diary records.

3.3 PAI Chat and AI Feature Information

If you use PAI or other AI features, we may collect:

  • messages, prompts, questions, and instructions you submit;
  • images or closet items you attach to chats;
  • AI-generated responses and outputs;
  • chat history, where available;
  • feedback on AI outputs;
  • moderation, safety, and abuse-prevention signals;
  • usage counts, credit usage, and feature interactions.

3.4 Device, App, and Usage Information

We may automatically collect information such as:

  • device type;
  • operating system;
  • app version;
  • browser type and version;
  • app store region and currency;
  • IP address;
  • approximate location inferred from IP address;
  • language settings;
  • device identifiers or app instance identifiers;
  • session activity;
  • feature usage;
  • screens viewed;
  • buttons tapped;
  • logs, errors, diagnostics, and crash reports;
  • dates and times of use;
  • referral source or referring page;
  • performance and security information.

3.5 Payment, Subscription, and Credit Information

If you purchase a subscription, credits, or other paid features, we may collect or receive information such as:

  • subscription status;
  • purchase history;
  • product or entitlement purchased;
  • transaction identifiers;
  • app-store receipts or purchase tokens;
  • renewal, cancellation, refund, or chargeback information;
  • credit balances, credit use, promotional credits, and referral credits.

Pronti generally does not directly collect or store full credit card numbers where payment is handled by the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or another third-party payment provider.

3.6 Weather, Calendar, Location, and Permission-Based Information

If you enable optional features, we may collect or process information such as:

  • approximate or precise location, depending on permission granted;
  • weather context;
  • calendar event information, where enabled;
  • notification preferences;
  • photo library access;
  • camera access;
  • device permission status.

We use this information only where needed to provide the relevant feature, subject to your device settings and permissions.

3.7 Communications and Support Information

When you contact us, respond to communications, submit feedback, or request support, we may collect:

  • your name and contact details;
  • the content of your message;
  • support request details;
  • screenshots or attachments you provide;
  • information needed to investigate bugs, billing issues, account problems, safety issues, or product feedback.

3.8 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from third parties, such as:

  • app stores;

  • authentication providers;
  • analytics and diagnostics providers;

  • affiliate partners;
  • referral partners;
  • service providers;

We only use this information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.


4. How We Collect Personal Information

We collect personal information in the following ways:

  1. Directly from you, when you create an account, upload content, use PAI, submit diary entries, configure preferences, contact support, respond to surveys, or otherwise provide information.
  2. Automatically through the Services, when you use the website, Application, Platform, PAI, or related features.
  3. Through device permissions, when you choose to grant access to photos, camera, notifications, location, calendar, or other device features.
  4. From third parties, such as app stores, payment processors, analytics providers, authentication providers, affiliate partners, and other service providers.
  5. From Google APIs, only if you choose to connect a Google or Gmail account for an optional feature, as described in Section 8.

5. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information for the following purposes:

  • to provide, operate, and maintain the Services;
  • to create, manage, and secure accounts;
  • to upload, store, process, classify, and display closet items, outfit photos, selfies, and diary entries;
  • to generate outfit suggestions, wardrobe recommendations, diary features, and style-related insights;
  • to provide PAI AI stylist chat and related AI features;
  • to personalize recommendations, reminders, outfit planning, and user experience;
  • to process subscriptions, purchases, credits, refunds, and entitlements;
  • to provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
  • to diagnose bugs, errors, crashes, and performance issues;
  • to improve, test, and develop the Services;
  • to prevent fraud, abuse, harassment, misuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents;
  • to moderate content and enforce our Terms of Service;
  • to send service-related messages, updates, and notices;
  • to send marketing communications where permitted by law and your preferences;
  • to understand usage patterns and product performance;
  • to comply with legal, regulatory, app-store, tax, accounting, security, and contractual obligations;
  • to protect the rights, safety, and property of Pronti, users, employees, contractors, service providers, and third parties.

6. PAI, AI Features, and Automated Processing

The Services may include AI features, including PAI, Pronti’s AI stylist chat and related AI styling functionality.

When you use PAI or other AI features, we may process your messages, attached images, closet items, preferences, diary records, outfit history, and related context to generate responses, recommendations, outfit ideas, packing suggestions, diary support, and other AI outputs.

We may use automated and manual systems to review, classify, moderate, evaluate, debug, and improve AI inputs and outputs for purposes such as:

  • generating responses and recommendations;
  • improving relevance and product quality;
  • preventing abusive, unsafe, unlawful, or policy-violating use;
  • detecting and preventing fraud, misuse, and security issues;
  • debugging, analytics, and performance monitoring;
  • providing customer support;
  • improving Pronti’s safety systems, recommendation systems, and user experience.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable. PAI is not a human stylist, medical professional, therapist, lawyer, financial advisor, employment advisor, or safety professional.

Where we use de-identified, aggregated, or otherwise privacy-protective information derived from use of the Services to improve our products, recommendations, safety systems, and AI functionality, we do so in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We will not knowingly use personal information for purposes that are incompatible with this Privacy Policy unless we obtain consent or are otherwise permitted or required by law.


7. Images, Closet Content, and Selfie Outfit Diary Content

Pronti’s Services may involve uploading, storing, and processing images, including clothing photos, closet item photos, outfit photos, selfies, full-body or partial-body outfit photos, and diary photos.

We may process these images and related metadata to:

  • identify clothing items, colours, patterns, categories, styles, and outfit features;
  • create or update closet records;
  • create or update selfie outfit diary records;
  • generate outfit suggestions, outfit history, and recommendations;
  • allow you to organize, review, and remember outfits worn by you;
  • improve upload quality, image processing, and classification;
  • detect safety, policy, or misuse issues;
  • provide support, debugging, and product improvement.

Selfie Outfit Diary / Diary Selfie features are intended to help users record and organize their own outfits and style history. You should not upload images of other people unless you have the necessary rights, permissions, and consent to do so.

You should not upload nude, sexual, exploitative, abusive, hateful, unlawful, or otherwise harmful images or content.


8. Gmail and Google API Data

Pronti may offer an optional feature that allows you to connect your Gmail or Google account to help locate purchase receipt emails and display clothing or accessory images from those receipts so that you can add items to your closet.

This feature is optional. If you choose to use it:

  • Pronti will request only the Google permissions needed to provide the feature;
  • Pronti uses the access to help identify relevant purchase receipt emails and related item images;
  • Pronti does not save the full contents of your emails;
  • Pronti does not maintain an ongoing connection to your Gmail account unless clearly disclosed and authorized;
  • if you want Pronti to find newer purchases later, you may need to actively reconnect or re-authorize the feature;
  • Pronti does not sell Google user data;
  • Pronti does not use Google user data for advertising;
  • Pronti does not use Google user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.

Pronti’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Human access to Google user data, if any, will be limited to circumstances permitted by Google’s policies and applicable law, such as with your consent, for security purposes, to comply with law, or for necessary internal operations.

You can revoke Google account access through your Google account settings.


9. Payments, Subscriptions, and Credits

Where you make purchases through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or another third-party app store or payment provider, your payment information is generally processed by that provider, not directly by Pronti.

We may receive and process information needed to confirm, manage, or troubleshoot your subscription, purchase, renewal, cancellation, refund, entitlement, or credit balance.

This may include app-store receipts, purchase tokens, subscription status, product identifiers, transaction identifiers, renewal status, cancellation status, refund information, chargeback information, and related account information.

We use this information to:

  • provide paid features;
  • verify entitlements;
  • manage subscriptions and credits;
  • prevent fraud and abuse;
  • provide support;
  • comply with accounting, tax, legal, and app-store requirements.

10. Shopping, Affiliate Links, and Third Party Sellers

The Services may include shopping recommendations, product suggestions, promotional offers, special deals, retailer links, affiliate links, or links to Third Party Sellers.

If you click a shopping link, affiliate link, promotional offer, or Third Party Seller link, we or our partners may process information such as:

  • the link clicked;
  • referral source;
  • device or browser information;
  • approximate location;
  • purchase attribution data;
  • transaction or commission information, where provided by the third party.

Pronti may receive a commission, referral fee, affiliate payment, advertising fee, or other benefit if you click on certain links, use certain offers, or purchase products or services from Third Party Sellers through the Services.

Purchases from Third Party Sellers are governed by the Third Party Seller’s own terms and privacy policy. Pronti is not responsible for the privacy practices of Third Party Sellers.


11. Analytics, Diagnostics, Cookies, and Similar Technologies

We may use analytics, diagnostics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, cookies, pixels, software development kits, and similar technologies to understand how the Services are used and to improve reliability, security, and product performance.

These tools may collect information such as:

  • device type;
  • app version;
  • operating system;
  • browser information;
  • IP address;
  • approximate location;
  • pages or screens viewed;
  • interactions with features;
  • crash logs;
  • diagnostic events;
  • performance information;
  • referral information.

We may use service providers such as analytics and crash-reporting tools to help us collect and understand this information.

Where required by law or platform rules, we will provide notice and obtain consent for cookies, tracking, analytics, advertising, or similar technologies.

You may be able to manage cookies through your browser settings, device settings, app permissions, or consent tools made available through the Services.


12. Push Notifications, Weather, Calendar, and Device Permissions

Some features may require or benefit from device permissions.

Depending on the feature and your choices, Pronti may request access to:

  • camera;
  • photo library;
  • notifications;
  • location;
  • calendar;
  • microphone, if a voice feature is offered;
  • other device permissions needed to provide the Services.

We use permission-based information only to provide, support, secure, improve, and personalize the relevant Services.

For example:

  • camera or photo library access may be used to upload closet items, outfit photos, selfies, or diary photos;
  • notifications may be used for outfit reminders, diary reminders, PAI prompts, product updates, or service messages;
  • location may be used to provide weather-aware outfit suggestions or location-relevant features;
  • calendar information, if enabled, may be used to help plan outfits around events.

You can manage device permissions through your device settings. If you disable permissions, some Services may not work as intended.


13. How We Share Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share personal information in the following circumstances:

13.1 Service Providers

We may share personal information with service providers that help us provide, operate, secure, analyze, improve, and support the Services. These may include:

  • hosting providers;
  • cloud infrastructure providers;
  • AI model or API providers;
  • analytics providers;
  • crash-reporting and diagnostics providers;
  • payment processors;
  • app stores;
  • customer support providers;
  • email and communication providers;
  • security and fraud-prevention providers;
  • database, storage, and backend service providers.

Service providers are permitted to use personal information only as needed to provide services to Pronti or as otherwise permitted by applicable law and contract.

13.2 App Stores and Payment Providers

We may share or receive information with Apple, Google, payment processors, and related providers to process purchases, subscriptions, refunds, credits, entitlements, fraud prevention, and app-store compliance.

13.3 Third Party Sellers and Affiliate Partners

If you interact with shopping features, affiliate links, product recommendations, promotional offers, or Third Party Sellers, information may be shared with or collected by those third parties to provide the link, offer, attribution, or transaction.

13.4 Legal, Safety, and Enforcement Reasons

We may disclose personal information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to:

  • comply with law, regulation, legal process, court order, or governmental request;
  • enforce our Terms of Service or other agreements;
  • protect the rights, property, security, or safety of Pronti, users, employees, contractors, service providers, or third parties;
  • detect, prevent, or address fraud, abuse, harassment, security incidents, or technical issues;
  • investigate suspected illegal or harmful activity;
  • respond to emergencies or protect personal safety.

13.5 Business Transfers

We may disclose or transfer personal information in connection with a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, change of control, or similar business transaction. If this happens, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information continues to be protected in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise permitted by law.

13.6 With Your Consent

We may share personal information with your consent or at your direction.

13.7 Aggregated or De-Identified Information

We may use or share aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you, including for analytics, research, product improvement, business reporting, marketing, and other lawful purposes.


14. Cross-Border Processing and Storage

Pronti is based in Canada, but we may process, store, or access personal information in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or other jurisdictions where Pronti or our service providers operate.

Personal information processed or stored outside your province, state, or country of residence may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction, including lawful access by courts, law enforcement, regulators, or government authorities.

Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information transferred across borders.


15. Retention of Personal Information

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal, tax, accounting, app-store, security, fraud-prevention, and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and protect our rights and users.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it is collected.

For example:

  • account information may be retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward;
  • closet, outfit, selfie, and diary content may be retained while your account is active or until you delete it, subject to backup, legal, security, or technical limitations;
  • payment and transaction records may be retained as required for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or app-store compliance;
  • support records may be retained to provide support, improve services, and maintain records of user requests;
  • logs and diagnostic information may be retained for security, debugging, analytics, and operational purposes for a limited period unless longer retention is needed for security, legal, or fraud-prevention reasons.

When personal information is no longer needed, we will delete, anonymize, de-identify, or securely retain it only as permitted or required by law.


16. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of personal information.

We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request. We may refuse, limit, or delay a request where permitted or required by law, including where information must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, app-store, or operational reasons.

If you withdraw consent or request deletion, some Services may no longer work or may no longer be available to you.


18. Marketing Communications

You may receive marketing communications from Pronti where permitted by law and your communication preferences.

You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us.

Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send service-related, transactional, legal, safety, account, subscription, security, or administrative messages.


19. Public, Community, and Shared Content

Some Services may allow you to share content publicly, with other users, or through community features.

If you choose to share content publicly or with other users, that content may be visible to others and may no longer be confidential. This may include outfit images, comments, profile information, community posts, or other content you choose to share.

You should not share personal information, images of others, or sensitive information unless you have the necessary rights and consents.

Where technically feasible and legally appropriate, you may request removal or restriction of shared content by contacting us or using tools provided in the Services.


20. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, apps, products, services, retailers, affiliate partners, app stores, payment providers, AI providers, analytics providers, or other third parties.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, content, or policies of third parties.

You should review the privacy policies and terms of any third-party services you use or access.


21. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, practices, technology, legal requirements, or business needs.

We will post the updated Privacy Policy on our website or within the Services and update the revision date above.
