  • My closet and favourites has disappeared. Where is my closet?

    Don't panic - it highly unlikely it is gone. If you don't see your closet it is usually because you have accidentally logged in with a different email/Apple ID.

    Try other emails and ID, and if you still have problems email us.

    You may also be on an old app. Delete it and search for Pronti Outfit Maker on the Apple App and Google Play Store - that's the correct version!

  • How do I add items to my digital closet?

    To add items to your Pronti closet:  1. Navigate to the closet by tapping the hanger icon.  2. Tap the ‘+’ button at the top.  3. Choose from the following options: • Take a Picture: Use your phone’s camera to photograph the item.  • Use Your Gallery: Upload photos from your device’s gallery.  • Find an Online Image: Search for images on the web.  • Sample Closet: Utilize basic items provided by Pronti.

  • Why is the ‘Just Mine’ feature greyed out?

    The ‘Just Mine’ option becomes available once you’ve added sufficient items to your closet. Ensure you’ve uploaded at least two tops and two bottoms. For more information, see our Outfit Recommendations guide.

  • How does Pronti use my personal data?

    Pronti requests access to certain data to enhance your experience:  • Location Data: To provide weather-based outfit suggestions. • Calendar Data: To help you dress appropriately for your events. • Photos & Camera: For uploading items to your digital closet.

  • Can I use Pronti for travel outfit planning?

    Absolutely! This is one of our favourite ways to use Pronti. Pronti allows you to create occasions named after your travel destinations and tag relevant clothing items, making packing and outfit selection seamless. Learn more in our Additional Features section.

  • Is Pronti suitable for all genders?

    Yes, Pronti is designed for everyone.

    During onboarding, you can select the gender you dress as, ensuring personalized outfit recommendations. This preference can be updated anytime in ‘My Preferences.’
